I am a Counsellor/Psychotherapist, and Learning Coach working in Private Practice in Avalon on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. I also teach counsellors (Post Grad) and run workshops.

It's normal to experience obstacles and problems, and to feel a wide range of moods and states. We move through them more quickly with good therapists. If you are struggling or experiencing inner pain I urge you to find someone to work with. We can get stuck if we try to battle through on our own. 

Your own wisdom will grow and be grateful when you find the right therapist for you.
